Electric Utility Program Manager: Northeastern US State Utility Company, New Haven, CT: Smart Grid Network Transformer Sidewalk Vault Rebuild. Responsible for full-service Design and Construction Management Program to rebuild the underground transmission and distribution system, utilizing smart grid and energy storage technology, in Bridgeport, CT and New Haven CT. Responsible for the Program's strategic and tactical operational planning, system design and asset replacement strategy. Developed construction standards, and policy and implementation for safe rehabilitation. Authored DPUC testimony to justify the program costs and schedule of values. Ensured Program's OSHA compliance, under 29 CFR §1910.269. Coordinated closely with relevant authorities (CT EPA, the City of Bridgeport and New Haven Building Departments, and CT DOT). Directed Program's procurement and supplier contract negotiations, qualifications and quality control. Successfully developed a TARGET ZERO safety and security culture, with 90,000 program team work hours with ZERO injuries or security violations.
Electric Utility Design and Construction Program Manager: Northeastern US State Utility Company, New Haven, CT: Network Vista Switching and 13.8kV/240V Transformation. Responsible for design and construction management of Vista-based switching for heavy commercial customers in the city of New Haven, CT and Bridgeport, CT.
Process Engineering Department Manager: Full-service Engineering Company, Rio Rancho, NM: P1268 Programming. Responsible managing team delivering facility demand and capacity analysis for Process Gas, Liquid and Waste system analysis. Directed scope of work development, to enable the conversion of F11 and F11X from 1266 to 1268 technology, following on from the demonstration and installation of over 600+ manufacturing tool-sets, facility main and lateral sizing, POC capacity, and cost estimates.
Program Manager: Full-service Engineering Company, NY: Responsible for a major renovation program requiring full service Design and Construction Administration services for IBM and IBM Alliance Partners (DoD, AMD, Global Foundries, SONY, NXP, Chartered, Infineon, Toshiba and Samsung in NY, and VT). Responsible for strategic and tactical operational planning, resources and financial management, process improvement, cost reduction, and multi-disciplinary high performance team building. Managed the PMO for the office using PMI best practices. Demonstrated history of implementing highly successful HR initiatives including recruiting, hiring and retaining staff, salary negotiation and HR legal issues. Developed a TARGET ZERO safety and security culture with over 100,000 hours worked with no injuries or security violations.
