Program Manager – Facilities Services & Electronics and Advanced Technology – CH2M Hill, Pittsburgh, PA. 2006-2008: Responsible for developing and executing strategic staffing plan for an EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) office of twenty four staff, at this global leader in full-service engineering, consulting, construction, and operations.

Significant Projects

Electric Utility Program Manager: for a Northeastern US State Utility Company, CT: Responsible for design and construction management program to rebuild the underground transmission and distribution in Bridgeport and New Haven, CT. Responsible for OSHA compliant rules for engineering consultant and construction contractors, under 29 CFR §1910.269 to perform work. Close coordination with CT EPA, and City of Bridgeport and New Haven Building Departments and CT DOT. Developed a TARGET ZERO safety and security culture with 90,000 program team work hours with ZERO injuries or security violations.

Program Manager: for a globally active Full-service Engineering Company, NY: Responsible for a major renovation program requiring design and construction administration services for IBM and IBM Alliance Partners (DoD, AMD, Global Foundries, SONY, NXP, Chartered, Infineon, Toshiba and Samsung) in Fishkill NY, Poughkeepsie Yorktown Heights NY and Burlington, VT. Experience shown with PHA, HAZOP, and FMEA analysis and implementation of corrective action plans. Demonstrated a history of implementing several highly successful HR initiatives, including the recruiting, hiring and retaining staff, salary negotiation and HR legal issues. Developed a TARGET ZERO safety and security culture with over 100,000 hours worked with no injuries or security violations.

Photolithography Process Engineer: Intel Corporation, Chandler, AZ: Principal engineer responsible for process development projects in the roll out of training for operations and maintenance personnel. Project required the complete redevelopment of existing training IT systems and content to properly inform, train, track and certify operations and maintenance technicians, process engineers and managers.
