R.P. Delio is currently active in the variety of leadership and consultancy roles, for different organizations, groups and bodies.

  • Director, Program Manager, In-House Project Management Consultant – Interisland Renewable Energy Network – Hawaiian Electric Company (since 2012): A transformational program covering the generation, transmission, distribution and smart grid technologies needed to help meet Hawaii's Renewable Portfolio Standard goals of 40% renewable energy by 2030. 
  • Chief Executive Officer – R. P. Delio & Company: A family owned boutique consultancy business, offering a range of clean energy, program management and technical services. The company has been in operation since 1989. 
  • Volunteer, 2012 President – Hawaiian Chapter, Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) : A 501(C) 6 international energy efficiency and sustainability association, dedicated to improving the world's energy future through professional training, certifications, and community involvement.
  • Partner– Reservoir Street Property Management (RSPM): A privately held real-estate management business overseeing multifamily properties in several states in the US, including Connecticut. 
  • Volunteer, Founder & Executive Director – The Center For Sustainable Energy (CFSE): A Hawaii based 501(c)3 charitable non profit who's mission is to empower individuals in need by providing energy alternatives, using the power of non profit, the sacrifice of donors, the passion of volunteers and the creativity that comes from community involvement. CFSE believes that low-cost energy options for those most in need is good for the community, the economy and the environment. Nowhere is this more important than for those living in low-income communities, and none are more in need than those living with the high utility rates that are associated with island energy markets. The CFSE works collaboratively with communities and local organizations to identify specific needs and to develop renewable energy solutions that are environmentally, socially and economically sustainable.
